Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable for completed work or services already provided.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, branding materials, credentials, and other information required to complete their project.
Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect project timelines.
Our services may use third-party platforms such as IDX/MLS providers, CRMs, hosting companies, plugins, APIs, and automation tools.
Web Care Tec is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, API changes, data issues, or other problems caused by third-party services.
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue. Results depend on various factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, market conditions, and advertising platforms.
Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use the final custom work created specifically for their project.
Third-party themes, plugins, software, fonts, images, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable and high-quality services, but we do not guarantee that websites, integrations, or services will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Care Tec will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or data.
Our total liability for a service will not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
